We do this by educating, equipping and encouraging our audience and customers. Our goal is to make highly accessible content and easy to use security devices.

The nimble team behind this one-of-a-kind brand is a passionate group of empowered geeks with the skills and drive to make a difference in the world of cyber security. When we're not all together at trade shows or sunny retreats we work remotely from around the globe, independently and autonomously with frequent web conferences to meet our ambitious goals.
As a product support specialist at Hak5, you'll work closely with our software developers and customer service team to provide our customers with answers to technical questions and troubleshooting advice. You will also be responsible for maintaining a knowledge base of product articles and guides for internal and external use. As the point person for technical product knowledge, you will be exposed to internal mentorship opportunities and will externally represent the Hak5 brand within the information security community.
As a digital marketing specialist at Hak5, you'll work closely with our product and e-commerce operations teams to develop and manage meaningful creatives and impactful campaigns for our hybrid media/product brand. You'll be joining a fun, passionate, distributed team that has been empowered to grow professionally and own their domains. As the point person for the brand, you'll learn the product language of Hak5 as well as the information security, or hacker, community it serves. You'll have the opportunity to develop go-to-market strategies, increase product sales, grow online audiences, and shape the identity of a iconic infosec brand.
