Pentest with Hak5 - DC Beltway - January 11-12, 2017

Pentest with Hak5 in the Washington DC Beltway

January 11-12, 2017 at Nova Labs in Reston, Virginia

Want the inside scoop on the hottest tools in pentesting?

Join Hak5 for a 2 day Red Team challenge!

Team up with Mubix and Darren of Hak5 to explore the ins and outs of the Metasploit Framework, WiFi Pineapple, USB Rubber Ducky, and LAN Turtle in a simulated lab of networked adversaries.

You'll walk away armed with the knowledge to exploit our most powerful penetration testing tools.

Metasploit Framework

Metasploit Framework is an open source vulnerability assessment and exploitation tool. It's command shell driven interface and modular design has led it to become an industry standard among pentesters and security researchers. Metasploit is a trademark of Rapid7 LLC.

USB Rubber Ducky

The USB Rubber Ducky is the original Keystroke Injection Attack tool. Posing as a generic USB Drive it's a social engineers best friend. The open source tool is easily programmed allowing it to deliver automated keystrokes capable of gathering intelligence, installing backdoors, exfiltrating data and more - all while bypassing most prevention measures.

WiFi Pineapple

The WiFi Pineapple is the gold standard rogue access point. Capable of mimicking any hotspot, this honeypot is highly effective at collecting vulnerable clients. Managed in person or remotely through a simple web interface, the operator is uniquely poised as a man-in-the-middle enabling intelligence gathering, host redirection, credential capturing and so much more.

LAN Turtle

The LAN Turtle is a covert Systems Administration and Penetration Testing tool providing stealth remote access, network intelligence gathering, and man-in-the-middle monitoring capabilities. Housed within a generic "USB Ethernet Adapter" case, the LAN Turtle’s covert appearance allows it to blend into many IT environments.
